Cohens Kappa measures the agreement between two advisors who classify each of the N elements into exclusion categories C. The definition of “Textstyle” is as follows: Bland and Altman[15] have expanded this idea by graphically showing the difference of each point, the average difference and the limits of vertical agreement with the average of the two horizontal evaluations. The resulting Bland-Altman plot shows not only the general degree of compliance, but also whether the agreement is related to the underlying value of the article. For example, two advisors could closely match the estimate of the size of small objects, but could disagree on larger objects. In statistics, reliability between advisors (also cited under different similar names, such as the inter-rater agreement. The reliability of data collection is an integral part of the overall confidence in the accuracy of a research study. The overall sensitivity and specificity dimensions of this study were 90%, indicating good validity.

Despite kappa`s limitations, it was also used to present the results of the current study, as it provides a simple measure for assessing the reliability of intra-rater services (precision) and also the reliability of inter-raters in studies with several advisors. While there are other methods of evaluating the Interobserver agreement, Kappa remains by far the most frequently reported measure in the medical literature. Here, the coverage of quantity and opinion is instructive, while Kappa hides the information. In addition, Kappa poses some challenges in calculating and interpreting, because Kappa is a report.
